After being in Grenada for almost two weeks, we got to cook and sample many of Grenada's wonderful seafood. Grant and big Alex dived and picked out a bunch of sea urchin, Grant bought half a dozen giant conch from a local fisherman on a fishing boat nearby, and our friend Christopher gave us some local lobsters. We made the following dishes and shared with our friends:
- Sea urchin pasta (Japanese style)
- Conch salad with diced tomatoes, peppers and onions
- Conch sashimi
- Lobster pasta
- Lobster bisque
- Barbecued marlin steak (from the Atlantic)
