Since we can't get many things here in the Caribbeans, this year's Christmas required much more creativity and DIY work. The girls have been spending the last week making our own Christmas decorations, and we all agree that this year's decoration is the most original and beautiful ever.

Many ARC families are spending Christmas here in Bequia. We had a lovely afternoon together on the beach playing games and singing Christmas Carols. What a wonderful crowd! We had a delicious dinner (roast ham, roasted potatoes and veggies, salads, sweet corn and Grant's signature rice) on board with our friends from Cesarina. Family from Luna Bay came to join us for desserts and drinks. We had lots of desserts - fig and nuts cake from Turkey, a very strong black rum cake from Grenada, minced pies, cupcakes and a vanilla and red velvet Christmas cake made by Arabella. So good!!
