Morgan had left for Fakarava yesterday afternoon to pick up farm supplies (animal feed mostly) as the supply ship was finally arriving and he was also picking up his brother Louis. So we're helping to look after Morton's farm. Went to the farm with Grant early in the morning to feed the animals.

We have been donating stale bread, crackers, lentil and rice to Morton to feed the animals. The animals have been eating strange diet - lentil and rice for the chicken, coconuts for the pigs and stale bread for the goats.

Big storm expected today in Toau. 40kts wind hit us in the afternoon. Quite scary. Thought it passed but then two hours later another monster squall hit us with wind speed up to 60kts! Never experienced 60kt before.  My parents asked if everything's ok. 'Yes, of course. All good!' Wow, it was scary!!!! We were so worried about Morton who was driving their boat back to Toau when the storm hit. We couldn't reach them on their phone or VHF. A big wave could easily overturn his boat.  Finally they arrived safely just before dark. Phew.
